After the initial launch of Urumo BI — a BI service that drives sales lift through data analysis on brick-and-mortar store purchase data (ID-POS) — I built out the team and now lead day-to-day operations across the PM, engineering, and data teams. We deliver data analysis (product and customer analysis) and marketing use cases (customer segmentation) for retailers and manufacturers, continuously monitoring usage and prioritizing enhancements and new features. I was promoted to Web Development Group Manager in December 2023, Head of Product Development Department in January 2025, and joined the management team as Head of Engineering in January 2026, where I now own strategy and execution for the entire engineering organization.

Fully migrated the data platform from TreasureData to BigQuery. Migrated roughly 70 SQL queries — some exceeding 1,500 lines — from Presto to run natively on BigQuery, while building Airflow (Cloud Composer) from scratch. Codified the infrastructure with Terraform and moved data-acquisition scripts (App Store download / install counts, A/B testing infrastructure, GA data exports, etc.) to a containerized execution environment. Replaced what had been puzzle-like, ad-hoc operations with a new platform built around clean task dependencies, dramatically reducing the incident rate and completing the migration in about 10 months.
